RACHEL BECKER-KLEIN, PH.D.
President

As the founder of Two Roads Consulting, Rachel strongly believes in evaluation capacity building and enjoys helping organizations improve and grow. With a doctorate in Developmental and Community Psychology, Rachel has over 15 years of experience as an evaluator and researcher in conservation, formal and informal science education, and several other fields (gender equality, peacebuilding and conflict resolution). She has been the evaluator (and co-PI) on several NSF-funded projects (AISL, ITEST, INCLUDES).

Senior Consulting Associate

Jeff is a versatile social scientist in nonprofit and public sector applied research and evaluation. He is an experienced program developer, project and personnel manager, graduate-level teacher and mentor, grant writer, and evaluation capacity builder. Jeff applies cultural sensitivity, theory, and mixed methods across multiple disciplines, focusing on systems and the organizational mission.

Consulting Associate

Mary is primarily interested in the intersection of formal and informal science education as it relates to the design of materials that support middle-school science curricula. This focus has led her to research and evaluate tools that foster student engagement with science and highlight its real-world connection. Mary sees supporting teachers in the formal environment through outdoor experiences—whether during class time or not—as key to connecting the classroom and the real world as a means of student enrichment.

THERESA (TERRI) FOX, M.S.W.
Consulting Associate

Terri is a graduate of Douglass College and has a master’s degree from the Rutgers School of Social Work. She has more than 30 years of experience conducting research, outcome evaluation and quality improvement with nonprofit programs. Terri's evaluation works focuses on reducing disparities and promoting social justice in education and healthcare. She is expert at both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.

Adina graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Psychology and received a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Her experience has been mainly in community and family educational programming. She has participated in a variety of programmatic evaluations, primarily focused on qualitative and anecdotal methodology.

Dakin is a graduate of West Chester University with a degree in Creative Writing. She is the Watershed Education Coordinator at Delaware Nature Society, where she designs, implements, and evaluates community-based environmental programming.

Maria holds a Master's degree in Sociology from UCLA, and has over 20 years of experience in organizational development, research, and project management. Maria brings an inquisitive, analytical, and creative perspective to her work. She enjoys outdoor recreation, especially endurance mountain bike events, gravel rides with her husband, and hikes with her dog.
